Ripple’s GTreasury Acquires Solvexia to Expand Automated Reconciliation and Regulatory Reporting

GTreasury, a Ripple-owned treasury technology firm, has acquired Solvexia, a financial automation platform, marking a significant step in expanding automated reconciliation and regulatory reporting capabilities for corporate treasury and compliance teams.

The acquisition, announced on January 6, 2026, integrates Solvexia’s no-code financial automation, data management, and analytics tools into GTreasury’s existing enterprise treasury management and digital asset infrastructure. While financial terms were not publicly disclosed, the move underscores Ripple’s broader strategy to bolster corporate finance automation tools amid growing regulatory demands.

Unified Platform for Treasury, Compliance, and Reporting

GTreasury CEO Renaat Ver Eecke said the acquisition removes traditional barriers between treasury operations, reconciliation processes, and regulatory reporting, minimizing reliance on manual, spreadsheet-driven workflows that often lead to errors and audit risks.

“Organizations shouldn’t rely on manual processes that introduce fraud risk, disclosure weaknesses and audit exposure when automation can deliver near-perfect accuracy and complete transparency.” — Renaat Ver Eecke, GTreasury

The combined platform enables end-to-end reconciliation automation across payment gateways, banking systems, ERPs, and internal records, covering both fiat and digital asset transactions. It also delivers enterprise-class regulatory reporting with embedded governance and controls, which can transform complex multi-jurisdictional submissions from weeks into hours.

Automation Advantages and Risk Reduction

Solvexia’s automation technology significantly cuts the time required for reconciliation processes that previously took days — or even weeks — by reducing the need for manual data handling. Industry reports note the technology can achieve 98% fewer errors and accelerate reconciliation efforts by up to 100 times compared to traditional workflows.

The platform also includes built-in audit readiness features, such as detailed audit trails, approval workflows, and version control, helping organizations meet reporting deadlines and improve governance controls.

Strategic Context: Ripple’s Enterprise Expansion

The Solvexia acquisition follows Ripple’s $1 billion purchase of GTreasury in 2025, which brought a treasury management system trusted by corporate finance teams into the Ripple ecosystem. The expanded suite now better addresses the automation needs of organizations managing both traditional and digital-asset financial operations under evolving regulatory scrutiny.

Solvexia CEO Adem Turgut emphasized that as companies balance traditional banking relationships with digital asset initiatives, the combined infrastructure will help organizations stay compliant while operating more efficiently.

Industry Impact and Outlook

The integration of reconciliation and regulatory reporting into a single platform could prove pivotal for finance and compliance leaders, particularly in sectors where audit readiness, governance, and regulatory transparency are priorities.

With over 1,000 customers across 160+ countries already connected to GTreasury’s treasury solutions, the acquisition positions the company to drive broader adoption of automated finance workflows across corporate and institutional clients worldwide.
